JOB DESCRITPION
Secretarial support:
- Management of mail and email and phone answering service;
- Welcoming guests and visitors and assisting new trainees and new staff members;
- Support in managing the website and uploading events and news;
- Verbalization of meetings;
- Purchasing management of office and event stuff;
Organisation of events and group visits:
- Logistical and technical coordination,
- Backing the group’s visits;
Building’s management:
- Liaison with external suppliers;
- Routine maintenance of the building and offices;
- Coordination of required reparations;
Job requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of German and Italian;
- Very good knowledge of English and French;
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required);
- Excellent organization and communication skills as well as ability to multitask and work under pressure and autonomously
- Willingness to learn and apply accordingly the administrative procedures of three different regional administrations;
WHAT WE OFFER
- One-year contract, 38 hours/week, under Belgian law, renewable indefinitely;
- Attractive remuneration package;
- 20 days/year of holidays in addition to the 10 days/year of bank holidays foreseen in Belgium;
