We are now looking for a European Projects Assistant – Brussels
Starting date: October/November 2021
Job Description
  • Collating project implementation statistics and drafting project implementation reports (coordinating the input from the network; format and layout of the report; preparing the submission of the report)
  • Working with project monitoring tools – e.g. Google Analytics – to ensure timely data collection and a monthly overview of project activities and deliverables throughout the entire duration of the project
  • Supporting research, planning and submitting new public project proposals
  • Keeping project contact details up to date and support the Public Projects Team in administrative tasks
Profile
  • Hard-working, organised, team-player
  • Knowledge of EU & Brussels, especially of EU-funded projects (e.g. politics and European Studies, experience gained in EU institutions, consultancy, NGO, city, regional or national authority)
  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) Google docs & Analytics software skills
  • Excellent written English, good French or other EU language an advantage.
